is to be held in Miri City, Sarawak, Malaysia.

Miri City
Miri City is situated on the banks of Miri River, and is the gateway to northern Sarawak region and is easily accessible by air, land and sea.
Miri is the first oil-producing town in Malaysia. Therefore, it is aptly called “The Oil Town”. Miri has a population of about 300,000 consisting of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Iban, Bidayuh, Melanau, Kayan, Kenyan, Kelabit, Penan and other indigenous groups. Miri has plenty to offer to tourists, it has its own attractions, a wide range of accommodation from international class hotels to budget inns, good beaches and restaurants with abundant of fresh sea-foods, and lively pubs and karaoke serving local and imported beers. For the tourist who likes natural beauty and jungle adventure, Miri is the place to be. Tourist could go by land to the Niah Caves, Lambir National Park and Loagan Bunut National Park, and by air to Gunung Mulu National Park, Bario Highlands and Long San. Off the coat of Miri, the Coral Reefs are an ideal place for diving and fishing.

 
 

Sarawak
Sarawak is the largest of the thirteen states in Malaysia with an area of 124,450 sq-kilometers is located on the northern coast of the island of Borneo with a population of about 2.5 million. Sarawak is a land of great cultural diversity, with strong ethnicity boasting 27 different groups. The three major races - Dayak ( including Iban, Bidayuh and Orang Ulu ), Malay/Melanau and Chinese, apart from small Indian and Eurasian communities. The people of Sarawak and for that matter are well-known for their warmth and great hospitality. Sarawak is the most developed state in Malaysia, its economy is based on natural gas and oil, timber, agriculture and hi-tech manufacturing. It has a tropical climate ranging from around 22 to 32 degree C.
